Food, Drinks and Live Music in Brick Lane
Brick Lane Jazz Festival makes its debut at the Truman Brewery in April 2022: Three days of jazz music set across five stages, with more than thirty performing artists, the festival will showcase the best of London’s vibrant jazz scene. On Friday 22nd April, Jelly Cleaver will be taking over Juju’s Bar & Stage for a unique live performance.

Jelly Cleaver is a guitarist, producer and singer-songwriter based in South London and has been called “outstanding” and “one to watch, for sure” by Gilles Peterson. She’s received the Steve Reid Innovation Award, is a Serious Take Five artist, and was nominated for an Ivors Composer Award. With an eclectic taste in music, Jelly is heavily involved in both the jazz and DIY/post-punk scenes in London. She’s also an activist, and a strain of political dissent runs through her music.
