Dr Faye Begeti, an NHS neurology doctor and neuroscientist, completed her medical degree and PhD at the University of Cambridge and now practices at Oxford University Hospitals, specialising in neurodegenerative disorders. Her extensive research has been published in top peer-reviewed journals, and showcased on BBC News, Daily Telegraph, Independent, Financial Times, i newspaper, Daily Mail, Grazia, Stylist magazine, Elle, Women’s Health, Psychologies magazine and Good Housekeeping. Her debut book, The Phone Fix: How to Transform Your Smartphone Habits, goes against the grain of common fears about technology and provides a balanced, evidence-based guide to help individuals confidently navigate today’s digital world.
